Al Hamed Cercon was established in 1998 as a local UAE joint venture on a 51/49 basis between Al Hamed Enterprises and Cercon of Saudi Arabia, respectively. Al Hamed Cercon has since obtained its certification and registration as Category 1 for Roads and Bridges, as well as Category 1 for Storm Water Drainage Works. Cercon, a well established Saudi General Contracting company since 1978, brings into the partnership a wealth of experience, which coupled to Al Hamed's own achievements, references and contracts, sets the high standards and capabilities for a successful venture in the above specialities.
Uniqueness Al Hamed Cercon positions itself as unique in its ownership of extensive specialized machinery, as well as in its swift ability to pool on such equipment, ready for use for all kinds of Road and Drainage Contracting works on very short notice. In its own specialty of Rehabilitation of Roads for example, Cercon had already owned equipment such as Milling Machines since 1983, Recycling equipment since 1985, and slurry seal equipment since 1987.
