Falcon Group of Companies was established by Al Hamed Enterprises to strengthen and make more competitive the 5 companies under it. However, the member-companies will retain their respective corporate personalities since the grouping is merely for better administrative control and more effective operational management of the 5 companies. The companies under Falcon Group are:-

1. Falcon Tours, Travel & Cargo and Falcon Rent-A-Car (Abu Dhabi)
   
   Falcon TTC - Engaged in airline ticketing, local & worldwide hotel reservation, visa processing, holiday packages and air-sea-land freight services. For Ticketing & Reservation, it is currently using state-of-the-art airline reservation systems such as Sabre System and the Galileo system in ticketing and reservation. Its Inbound Tourism activities include tours in all the Emirates of UAE, Desert Safari with sand skiing, Dune Driving & Camel Riding, Dhow cruises, Tourist & Transit visa services, Sea Diving and conferences and exhibitions. Its outbound Tourism activities include Summer & Family holiday packages, business/leisure trips and Worldwide hotel and car hire services. Our Cargo Service includes: International cargo handling, export and import consolidation, packing, crating, warehousing & storage, documentation, cargo insurance, customs clearance and local transportation. Our Haj & Umrah packages include air tickets with confirmed bookings, hotel accommodation in Medina & Mecca and a religious guide.
   
   Falcon RAC - Offers daily, weekly & montly car rental; short & long-term car lease; daily, short & long-term chauffer services; busses of varied capacities can be arranged; and worldwide car hire services attuned with multi-country business or pleasure trips. More than comprehensive car insurance for the peace of mind of the Renter such as unlimited amount awarded by the Court for death or bodily injury, property damage and 3rd party liability up to AED 50,000 with extra Personal accident benefits to drivers and passengers of AED 150,000.
   

2. White Falcon Tours Travel & Cargo and RAC (Dubai)
   
   An affiliated company of Falcon Abu Dhabi established to cater to the exponential growth of the tourism-related industry in this business center of the UAE extending the same services as above.
   
   
3. Falcon General Services
   
   This is engaged in property management, cleaning & building maintenance, pest control, landscaping & interior design, carpentry and onshore/offshore oil field services. Building related expertise includes, air conditioning system, satellite system, Fire security system, intercom system, internal design, electrical system, along with the necessary installation and yearly preventive technical & supply maintenance with 24-hour "on call" fault call personnel. Falcon Engineering Division offers engineering projects review at any stage to obtain best value for money and cost-saving measures. The Interior Design Division specializes on internal design such as palaces, majlis, social clubs and VIP majlis along with a total design package incorporating architecture, structural & electro-mechanical engineering. The Air Conditioning division takes up installation, commissioning and maintenance of all types of chillers, split units, package units and window ACs. They have likewise included system design, heat load calculation, ducting with interior decoration, air terminal devices and cold storage installation and maintenance.
   
   
4. National Horticultural Company
   
   This is engaged in the present development and actual farming of flowers and vegetables in several hectares of the UAE desert and is a major wholesale supplier in the flower and vegetable retail industry . This is a joint venture with a reputable French company, Dassault, as part of the UAE offset program. Involved in the production of high quality superior varieties of flowers and vegetables marketed under the Shams brand name, It is a controlled environment of glass greenhouses covering several hectares in the desert of Abu Dhabi emirate. Local sales are made to the flower shops and exports are sent to the Middle East and Western European countries. A second phase for expansion into not less than ten hectares more is already underway. Consultancy services are offered by NHC horticultural Consultants, Specialists & Technicians to other companies engaged in horticulture, soft and hard landscaping and related services.
   
   
   
5. Falcon Service Master
   
   This is engaged in group and individual visa services, immigration processing, trade licences renewal, car registration, government liaison services and related transactions.

Falcon Group is also engaged in sponsorship and allied services to overseas companies wishing to set a base here in the UAE. The sponsorship structured package will include registration with various regulatory agencies such as the Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality. It will also include Labour Ministry approvals for work permits, obtain trade licenses, residence visas for employees, business centre facilities for temporary or permanent offices, advice on local compensation and benefits and sourcing of staff.
